The text analyses the role of record management strategies in the e-government process. In this context information technology, policy, standard and procedures are essential to reach the integration between record management and content management.

Il testo analizza il ruolo della gestione del sistema documentario nelle strategie di innovazione della pubblica amministrazione. In questo contesto l'innovazione tecnologica, la progettazione, gli standard e le procedure diventano essenziali per tendere all'integrazione fra sistemi documentali e sistemi informativi.
