English abstract

In this presentation, the basic characteristics of electronic records are analyzed in the frame of operation of an organisation. Then, three systems of electronic management of records and the basic characteristics of them are presented, as well as the frame in which these were developed. Finally, there is an attempt to investigate the application of these models in a Greek organisation.

Σε αυτήν την παρουσίαση, αναλύονται τα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά των ηλεκτρονικών αρχείων στα πλαίσια λειτουργίας ενός οργανισμού. Κατόπιν, παρουσιάζονται τρία συστήματα ηλεκτρονικής διαχείρισης αρχείων και τα βασικά τους χαρακτηριστικά καθώς και το πλαίσιο στο οποίο αυτά αναπτύχθηκαν. Τέλος, υπάρχει μια προσπάθεια να ερευνηθεί η εφαρμογή αυτών των προτύπων σε έναν ελληνικό οργανισμό.
