Abstract(s)
The study of users helps enough to know the degree satisfaction of the user, the behavior and the information necessities, the difficulties in the documentary search, aim all the related one to the intentions on watch of the Library, so that this way, it is possible to be planned and to be projected services that respond to information requirements.
El estudio de usuarios ayuda bastante a conocer el grado de satisfacción del usuario, el comportamiento y las necesidades de información, las dificultades en la búsqueda documental, en fin todo lo relacionado con los propósitos de servicio de la Biblioteca, para que de esta manera, se pueda planear y proyectar servicios que respondan a requerimientos de información.
