English abstract
Digital formats and global information networks have led to the quick and easy distribution of content of all kinds, it has encouraged the wide dissemination of information beyond the limits of space-time was limited to the printed format. But this is also unquestionable advantage favoring the illegal distribution of content protected by copyright, with serious implications for economic, technological, legal and social.
Spanish abstract
Los formatos digitales y las redes de información global han propiciado la rápida y fácil distribución de los contenidos de todo tipo; ello ha favorecido la amplia difusión de la información más allá de los límites espacio-temporales a los que estaba circunscrito el formato impreso. Pero esta ventaja incuestionable también está favoreciendo la difusión ilegal de contenidos protegidos por derechos de autor, con graves implicaciones económicas, tecnológicas, legales y sociales.
