English abstract
Human resource development is an essential part of success in modern corporate management. This area involves lot of activities and models, which is always necessary to adapt to the environment during implementation. In the beginning, the conference paper presents the latest trends in this area in private sector. The main part of paper shows specifics of information institutions as target groups for HR management and gives some recommendations how to use presented activities and models in their environment.
