English abstract

A brief review of some of the events in recent years have marked the evolution of COBDC (Catalan Association of Librarians): organizational change professional of associations, changes in qualifications, recognition in the public and private sector assessment and the emergence of new professions. It also analyzes the expectations and demands of professionals based on the results of two initiatives carried out by the COBDC and have provided this information and get to know first hand the challenges that are presented for the immediate future.

Es fa un breu repàs d’alguns dels esdeveniments que en els darrers anys han marcat l’evolució del COBDC: el canvi organitzatiu de les associacions professionals, els canvis en les titulacions, el reconeixement en la funció pública i la valoració en el sector privat i l’aparició de noves professions. Així mateix es fa una anàlisi de les expectatives i demandes dels professionals en base als resultats de dues iniciatives que s’han dut a terme des del Col·legi i que han permès obtenir aquesta informació de primera mà i conèixer així quins són els reptes que es presenten per al futur més immediat.
