English abstract

This article seeks to provide support for decision making, hardly taking advantage of all the resources that may be at the time of this work, it should not only be to conduct a quick count of what exists, but must involve more factors this activity should be seen as an opportunity to start building a culture of continuous improvement within the library.

Spanish abstract

Este artículo busca servir de apoyo para la toma de decisiones, ya que difícilmente se aprovechan todos los recursos que pueden resultar al momento de realizar esta labor, pues no solamente debe consistir en realizar un conteo rápido de lo existente, sino que debe involucrar más factores, esta actividad debe ser vista como una oportunidad para comenzar a generar una cultura de la mejora continua al interior de la biblioteca.
