English abstract

The volume reviewed here contains the proceedings of the twenty-fourth annual "Clinic on Library Applications of Data Processing" which was held April 5-7, 1987, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Although a bit patchy it makes good reading and can be recommended.
