English abstract

The complex of information technological systems is presented. It could use as a typical IT-complex in a modern university library for implementation of the process-oriented library innovation strategy. The guidelines for the implementation of this IT-complex are presented in the manual.

У посібнику представлено Комплекс із 13 основних інформаційно-технологічних систем, який допомагає реалізувати інноваційну стратегію і покриває всі основні бібліотечні, забезпечувальні та управлінські процеси вузівської бібліотеки, та надано рекомендації, щодо їх впровадження в бібліотеці ВНЗ.
