English abstract

As a librarian dedicated to information technology and communication that I feel I have to be aware of new reading devices from direct experience. On more than one occasion I find myself advising colleagues and library users regarding applications and new technological supports in use related to reading. And this experience happens to me more and more regularly. I see more people interested in testing these devices for reading. This time, I will discuss my reading experience with the ipad, Apple's tablet.

Como bibliotecario dedicado a las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación siento que tengo que que estar al tanto de los nuevos dispositivos de lectura desde una experiencia directa. En más de una oportunidad me encuentro asesorando a usuarios de bibliotecas y colegas en relación a aplicaciones y nuevos soportes tecnológicos en su uso relacionados con la lectura. Y esta experiencia me pasa cada vez más asiduamente. Veo más personas interesadas en probar estos dispositivos para la lectura. En esta oportunidad, comentaré mi experiencia de lectura con el ipad, la tablet de Apple.
