English abstract

About regulatory decisions which need to increase the number of scientific publications in Ukraine. This text is an expanded version of the report at The IIIrd International Conference on Scientific Communication in the Digital Age was held at the Scientific Library of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy on March 10-12, 2015.
