English abstract

This essay discusses the changes driven by the e-publishing and the impact son the scholarly communication systems take holders' interrelationships (publishers-researchers, publishers-libraries and publishers-users interrelationships), provided at the Third International Conference at National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy during March 2015. This article also includes an analysis of journal models of academic communication and the current state of scientific journals of national publications and their compliance with international standards. Here we also elaborate current issues of bibliometrics and scientometrics, electronic resources management in modern libraries, the introduction of new information technologies, open access policies, including the development of subject and institutional repositories. Several specific aspects of library education are also examined here, the Conference resolution is submitted.

Статтю присвячено огляду питань наукової комунікації з точки зору дослідників, видавців та бібліотекарів, порушених на III Міжнародній конференції в НаУКМА в березні 2015 р. Представлено, зокрема, аналіз журнальної моделі наукової комунікації, сучасного стану видання вітчизняних наукових часописів та їх відповідності міжнародним стандартам. Презентовано також актуальні питання наукометрії та бібліометрії, менеджменту електронних ресурсів в сучасних бібліотеках, впровадження новітніх інформаційних технологій, стратегій відкритого доступу, зокрема у розвитку тематичних та інституційних депозитаріїв. Розглянуто окремі аспекти бібліотечної освіти, представлено резолюцію конференції.
