English abstract

This is the presentation of the author at the The "One Belt, One Road" International Periodical Publishing Forum during the China Wuhan Periodicals Fair. The author talks about the collection development policy of the National Library of China, and hopes to solve some difficulties in acquiring foreign languages books published in neighboring countries.

这是作者在中国（武汉）期刊期刊交易博览会期间的“‘一带一路’国际期刊出版论坛——中外出版界协同合作，为‘一带一路’建设提供文献信息保障”上的发言，介绍了中国国家图书馆的文献采访政策，并希望能通过交流解决周边国家小语种文献的采访困难。
