English abstract

The article encourages the love of reading among children and young people and supports them in the educational process. The Community Mobile Library program, created by EARTH University Library provides access to culture for children and young people living in difficult geographical areas or where scarce economic resources ... It is one of outreach activities to the community that makes this library.

Spanish abstract

El artículo fomenta el gusto por la lectura entre niños y jóvenes y los apoya en el proceso educativo. El programa Biblioteca Móvil Comunitaria, creado por la Biblioteca de la Universidad EARTH en Costa Rica, facilita el acceso a la cultura, a niños y jóvenes que viven en áreas geográficas difíciles o donde escasean los recursos económicos… Es una de las actividades de proyección a la comunidad que realiza esa biblioteca.
