English abstract

We studied the characteristics of young people as users of information, their informational behaviour and their communication's processes, with particular emphasis on the social web, in order to conclude the information literacy that they need.

Se estudiaron las características de los jóvenes como usuarios de la información, su comportamiento informacial y las características de sus procesos de su comunicación, con especial énfasis en la web social, con el fin de concluir la alfabetización en información que pueden necesitar.
