English abstract

Having good information skills means that learners recognise when information is needed, and have the ability to locate, evaluate, and use the relevant information effectively in their studies. These cards aim to help staff consider their information skills strategy, think about how the information skills load is spread throughout the course, and help learners develop the necessary information skills for their studies: *Identify: Define a task and understand the topic *Scope: Select appropriate resources *Plan: Search effectively *Gather: Find and extract information and data *Evaluate: Compare and analyse information *Manage: Organise and share information ethically *Present: Interpret information and create new content

Tener buenas competencias informacionales significa que los estudiantes reconocen cuándo necesitan información, y tienen la capacidad para localizar, evaluar y utilizar la información de manera pertinente y efectiva en sus estudios. Estas tarjetas tienen como objetivo, ayudar a los formadores en su estrategia, pensando en cómo difundirla a lo largo del curso (o actividad), y ayudar a los estudiantes a desarrollar las competencias informacionales necesarias para sus estudios. *Identificar: Definir una tarea y entender el tema *Alcance: Seleccione recursos apropiados *Planear: Buscar con eficacia *Recopilar: Buscar y extraer la información y los datos *Evaluar: Comparar y analizar la información *Administrar: Organizar y compartir información en forma ética *Presentar: Interpretar la información y crear nuevos contenidos
