English abstract

To meet the ever-increasing demands of users for information and make the process self sustainable it has become essential to use marketing strategies for information products and services also. Marketing library services does not mean a mere profit oriented function but is meant to provide at right time and right place correct information in a competitive way. The size library may be small or big, but e-Marketing helps in providing modern and precise information to its end-users at minimum expenses and in less time.
