English abstract

It raises some questions about copyright and the passage of the print edition to digital and how this impacts on small independent publishers . He points out some specific problems to investigate artistic creation and copyright. It concludes on the need to consider cultural creation as a common social good

Plantea algunas interrogantes sobre el derecho de autor y el paso de la edición impresa hacia la digital y como ésto impacta en las pequeñas editoriales independientes. Señala algunos problemas específicos para investigar sobre creación artística y derecho de autor. Concluye en la necesidad de considerar a la creación cultural como un bien social común
