English abstract

The critical analysis of a scientific document, despite its type, contributes to improving quality since it identifies flaws and imperfections. In the particular case of normative documents, which must be coherent with science, especial importance is granted to that type of critic. Taking into account the previous ideas this article has as a purpose to contribute to enhancing the Cuban Regulation number 3000, concerned with the vocabulary used in a system of integrated management of human capital, departing precisely from a critical analysis, which prioritizes document revision and other methods of the theoretic and mathematical levels. Explanations about the main weaknesses detected in the regulation are presented in the paper as it arrives to the conclusion that the document must be modified on the basis of the results and recommendations of the study.

Spanish abstract

El análisis crítico de un documento científico, a pesar de su tipo, contribuye a mejorar la calidad ya que identifica defectos e imperfecciones. En el caso particular de los documentos normativos, que deben ser coherentes con la ciencia, se otorga especial importancia a ese tipo de crítica. Teniendo en cuenta las ideas anteriores, este artículo tiene como propósito contribuir a potenciar el Reglamento número 3000 de Cuba, que se ocupa del vocabulario utilizado en un sistema de gestión integrada del capital humano, partiendo precisamente de un análisis crítico que prioriza la revisión de documentos y otros Métodos de los niveles teórico y matemático. Las explicaciones sobre las principales debilidades detectadas en el reglamento se presentan en el documento, ya que llega a la conclusión de que el documento debe ser modificado sobre la base de los resultados y recomendaciones del estudio.
