Librarians as information professionals must adapt to Social Media. For That they must develop certain skills in a constantly evolving digital world and those Have to develop at the same pace. From this space I want to recommend Some skills and competences that I find important that librarians must have in account to develop in the world of social media, social networks or social web.

Los bibliotecarios como profesionales de la información deben adaptarse a los Social Media. Para eso deben desarrollar ciertas habilidades en un mundo digital en constante evolución y esas competencias tienen que desenvolverse al mismo ritmo. Desde este espacio quiero recomendar algunas habilidades y competencias que me parecen importantes que los bibliotecarios deben tener en cuenta para desenvolverse en el mundo de los social media, redes sociales o web social.
