English abstract

The objective of this note is to offer a first list of the digital libraries (BD) of Galicia, those pages in which the humanities can be deepened in our country. For this we have chosen the libraries that may be of more interest, and among those managed by the Galician Xunta de Galicia, while among the initiatives of the Galician universities we analyze the institutional repositories. In addition, and by way of example, the digital collection of the Library of Local Studies of La Coruña and some other digital libraries will be reviewed. The article begins with an introduction to the theoretical concepts of virtual libraries and digital humanities and closes with a list of libraries of interest.

El objetivo de esta nota es ofrecer una primera relación de las bibliotecas digitales (BD) de Galicia, aquellas páginas en las que se pueden profundizar las humanidades en nuestro país. Para ello hemos elegido las bibliotecas que pueden ser de más interés, y entre las gestionadas por la Xunta de Galicia, Galiciana, mientras que entre las iniciativas de las universidades gallegas analizamos los repositorios institucionales. Además, y a modo de ejemplo, se revisar la colección digital de la Biblioteca de Estudios Locales de La Coruña y algunas otras bibliotecas digitales. El artículo comienza con una introducción a los conceptos teóricos de las bibliotecas virtuales y las humanidades digitales y se cierra con una lista de bibliotecas de interés.
