English abstract

A good question that every teacher should ask himself is "What are the skills, the competencies, the knowledge that I can pass to a student to let him have the best success in his professional life?" While this question is quite easy to answer with respect to certain professions, like the doctor, the lawyer, the engineer, when it comes to the librarian - and to archivists and museum workers as well - things get complicated as libraries are experiencing an identity crisis.
