English abstract

At 39 years of age, this librarian, who works in the Episcopal Seminary of Barcelona, has decided to collect, put in order and enlarge his reflections on library architecture published in his blog Bauen. Although it may seem like it, it doesn't have training in design or architecture, which does not mean that I do not have in-depth knowledge, acquired during the ten years I have been working in the field of architecture spent as a librarian in the College of Architects of Catalonia, undoubtedly the best place to inoculate the passion for this discipline.

A sus 39 años, este bibliotecario que trabaja en la Episcopal del Seminario de Barcelona, ha decido recoger, poner en orden y ampliar sus reflexiones sobre la arquitectura bibliotecaria publicadas en su blog Bauen (construir, en alemán). Aunque pueda parecerlo, no tiene formación en diseño o arquitectura, lo cual no significa que no tenga profundos conocimientos, adquiridos durante los diez años que pasó como bibliotecario en el Colegio de Arquitectos de Cataluña, sin duda el mejor lugar para inocular la pasión por esta disciplina.
