English abstract

In January 2018, Cohort 2 completed its migration to the cloud-based library system Alma. In order to realize this inter-institutional project, central and local project structures had to be defined and the individual project phases of the overall project had to be worked on.

German abstract

Im Jänner 2018 hat die Kohorte 2 den Umstieg auf das cloudbasierte Bibliothekssystem Alma vollzogen. Zur Durchführung dieses institutionsübergreifenden Projektes galt es, zentrale wie auch lokale Projektstrukturen zu definieren und die einzelnen Projektphasen des Gesamtprojektes zu bearbeiten.
