English abstract

The Subdirección General de Coordinación Bibliotecaria (SGCB), an associated agency with the Ministerio de Cultura y Deporte, has developed a program of library services that look for the achievement of a citizen equality in the access to the cultural and informational resources. To that end, they have benefited from the possibilities that new technologies offer, and the administrative cooperation between the Ministry and the Autonomous Communities has been promoted. eBiblio is one of the boosted programs in 2014 that provides the resources in electronic format with the option to download or online view. On the other hand, Pregunte: las bibliotecas responden, is an initiative appeared in 2000 that allows citizens to make bibliographic consultation. Also we see Laboratorios bibliotecarios, the most recent program, whereby work sessions and debate spaces are promoted through the collaboration with other institutions, as is the example of MediaLab.

La Subdirección General de Coordinación Bibliotecaria (SGCB), organismo asociado al Ministerio de Cultura y Deporte, ha desarrollado la puesta en circulación de servicios bibliotecarios que buscan el alcance de una igualdad y facilitación ciudadana en el acceso a los recursos culturales y de la información. Para ello, se han aprovechado las posibilidades que las nuevas tecnologías ofrecen, y se ha fomentado la cooperación administrativa entre el Ministerio y las Comunidades Autónomas. eBiblio es uno de los programas impulsados en 2014 que ofrece los recursos en formato electrónico con opción a descarga o visionado en línea. Por otro lado, Pregunte: las bibliotecas responden, se trata de una iniciativa aparecida en el año 2000 que pone a disposición ciudadana la posibilidad de consulta bibliográfica. También encontramos Laboratorios bibliotecarios, el programa más reciente, mediante el cual se propician sesiones de trabajo, y espacios de debate y pensamiento a través de la colaboración con otros instituciones, como es el ejemplo de MediaLab.
