English abstract

Since the social, preventive and compulsory isolation due to the expansion of the COVID -19 Pandemic came into effect as of a presidential decree in our country since March 20, 2020, libraries, like all institutions in the country, closed their doors. for the care of the communities and the staff themselves. In this unprecedented situation, we decided to conduct a survey of the situation of Argentine libraries, their services and resources that they offer in the face of confinement due to #Coronavirus. The anonymous survey was distributed from April 4 to 22 and circulated through different mailing lists, professional and personal social networks. It is clarified that the nature of the results are descriptive and in no way do we intend to generalize to the entire Argentine library community.

Desde que aislamiento social, preventivo y obligatorio por la expansión de la Pandemia COVID -19 entró en vigencia a partir de un decreto presidencial en nuestro país desde el 20 de marzo de 2020, las bibliotecas, como todas las instituciones del país, cerraron sus puertas para el cuidado de las comunidades y del propio personal. En esta situación inédita, decidimos realizar un relevamiento de la situación de las bibliotecas argentinas, sus servicios y recursos que ofrecen ante el confinamiento por el #Coronavirus. La encuesta de carácter anónimo se distribuyó desde el 4 al 22 de abril y circuló por distintas listas de correo, redes sociales profesionales y personales. Se aclara que el carácter de los resultados son descriptivos y de ninguna manera pretendemos generalizar a todo el colectivo bibliotecario argentino.
