English abstract
We present the results of empiri-cal research masters, which aimed to analyze the influence academic-institutional courses in Archival Sci-ence, Library Science and Museology from Brazil. Given the extent of the research, the focus this moment, fo-cuses on the quantitative results of the citation analysis of references of Museology courses arising from the class planning of the theoreti-cal subjects and the first question of the questionnaire answered by the teachers of these subjects. It was found that the citations of Museol-ogy courses are focused on specific works of interest Museology. Thus, the proximity to the courses and those courses Information Science does not seem to influence the se-lection of references.Regarding the profile of the references concluded that they are concentrated in the for-mat of books, dating from the 2000s, written and/or edited in Portuguese, which shows the use of an updated bibliography and easy to read.
