English abstract

Social management in the victimological field is relatively recent and part of the reconfiguration of the victim's position as a central actor in the social recovery of the offense of the crime and in the functioning of the judicial apparatus that finds in it the leitmotif or ultimate reason for to be. In this process, different strategies have been designed and implemented aimed at recovering the victim and reintegrating her into the social order from which the crime tried to outlaw her. Thus, the victimological social management emerges that tries to help those who were aggrieved by the crime to be re-linked with social classes such as education, health, housing, economy, work, among others, in a context concomitant to the search for justice as full recognition of the criminal act, its impact and the corrective actions that the state is called upon to take to prevent its recurrence and thus contribute to the social peace of the population. In this research work, the social management and the socio-legal elements inserted in it are described and surveyed, as a set of functional strategies from offices and support and support programs for the victims and as an initiative of the State itself found in the Unit Victims and Witnesses Assistance a body that, in addition to contributing to the well-being of the aggrieved, ensures that they assume an active role in the tax investigation and judicial proceedings, helping with the justice system

A gestão social no campo vitimológico é relativamente recente e parte da reconfiguração da posição da vítima como ator central na recuperação social do delito do crime e no funcionamento do aparelho judiciário que nele encontra o fio condutor ou razão última da ser estar. Nesse processo, diferentes estratégias foram elaboradas e implementadas com o objetivo de resgatar a vítima e reintegrá-la na ordem social a partir da qual o crime tentou excluí-la. Assim, surge a gestão social vitimológica que busca contribuir para que os lesados ​​pelo crime sejam re-vinculados às classes sociais como educação, saúde, moradia, economia, trabalho, entre outras, em um contexto concomitante à busca por a justiça como pleno reconhecimento do ato criminoso, seu impacto e as ações corretivas que o Estado é chamado a tomar para prevenir sua reincidência e assim contribuir para a paz social da população. Neste trabalho de investigação são descritos e levantados a gestão social e os elementos sócio-jurídicos nela inseridos, como conjunto de estratégias funcionais de gabinetes e programas de apoio e apoio às vítimas e como iniciativa do próprio Estado presente na Unidade Vítimas. e Assistência a Testemunhas órgão que, além de contribuir para o bem-estar do lesado, garante que assuma papel ativo na investigação tributária e no processo judicial, auxiliando na justiça.

La gestion sociale dans le domaine victimologique est relativement récente et s'inscrit dans la reconfiguration de la position de la victime en tant qu'acteur central dans la récupération sociale du délit du crime et dans le fonctionnement de l'appareil judiciaire qui y trouve le leitmotiv ou la raison ultime être. Dans ce processus, différentes stratégies ont été conçues et mises en œuvre pour récupérer la victime et la réintégrer dans l'ordre social dont le crime a tenté de la mettre hors la loi. Ainsi, émerge la gestion sociale victimologique qui tente de contribuer à ce que ceux qui ont été lésés par le crime soient renoués avec des classes sociales telles que l'éducation, la santé, le logement, l'économie, le travail, entre autres, dans un contexte concomitant à la recherche de la justice comme pleine reconnaissance de l'acte criminel, de son impact et des actions correctives que l'État est appelé à prendre pour empêcher sa réapparition et ainsi contribuer à la paix sociale de la population. German abstract

Das Sozialmanagement im Bereich der Viktimologie ist relativ neu und Teil der Neukonfiguration der Position des Opfers als zentraler Akteur bei der sozialen Wiederherstellung der Straftat und bei der Funktionsweise des Justizapparats, der darin das Leitmotiv oder den endgültigen Grund dafür findet sein. In diesem Prozess wurden verschiedene Strategien entworfen und umgesetzt, die darauf abzielen, das Opfer zu bergen und es wieder in die soziale Ordnung zu integrieren, aus der das Verbrechen versucht hat, es zu verbieten. So entsteht das viktimologische Sozialmanagement, das dazu beitragen will, dass diejenigen, die von dem Verbrechen betroffen waren, in einem mit der Suche einhergehenden Kontext wieder mit sozialen Schichten wie Bildung, Gesundheit, Wohnen, Wirtschaft und Arbeit verbunden werden Gerechtigkeit als uneingeschränkte Anerkennung der Straftat, ihrer Auswirkungen und der Korrekturmaßnahmen, die der Staat ergreifen muss, um ihre Wiederholung zu verhindern und damit zum sozialen Frieden der Bevölkerung beizutragen. La gestione sociale in ambito vittimologico è relativamente recente e fa parte della riconfigurazione della posizione della vittima come attore centrale nel recupero sociale del reato di reato e nel funzionamento dell'apparato giudiziario che trova in esso il leitmotiv o ragione ultima di essere. Emerge così la gestione sociale vittimologica che cerca di contribuire in quanto coloro che sono stati lesi dal crimine vengono ricollegati a classi sociali come l'istruzione, la salute, l'alloggio, l'economia, il lavoro, tra gli altri, in un contesto concomitante alla ricerca di giustizia come pieno riconoscimento dell'atto criminale, del suo impatto e delle azioni correttive che lo Stato è chiamato a intraprendere per prevenirne il ripetersi e contribuire così alla pace sociale della popolazione.
