English abstract
The Study of Users carried out in the popular library "Juan María Gutiérrez" of the Berazategui party is presented, the objective of which was to know how many members and readers the Library has. In addition, the thematic preferences of the user community were investigated, in order to improve, expand and offer a quality service to members. The survey was carried out in the period between March 2019 and 2020.

Se presenta el Estudio de Usuarios realizado en la biblioteca popular “Juan María Gutiérrez” del partido de Berazategui cuyo objetivo fue saber qué cantidad de socios y lectores posee la Biblioteca. Además, se indagaron las preferencias temáticas de la comunidad de usuarios, con el propósito de mejorar, ampliar y ofrecer un servicio de calidad a los socios. El relevamiento se realizó en el período comprendido entre marzo 2019 y 2020.
