English abstract

This paper uses a literature review which identifies definitions and current context on Open Science and presents the Open Science Training Manual of the FOSTER group in its Spanish version developed as an initiative of the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC). The Open Open movement in the Latin American context still has a lot to offer, therefore it is important to promote is important to promote training and awareness of the open access movement.

En este trabajo se emplea un análisis de la literatura el cual identifica definiciones y contexto actual sobre Ciencia Abierta y se presenta el Manual de Capacitación en Ciencia Abierta del grupo FOSTER en su versión en español desarrollada a iniciativa de la Comisión Económica para América Latina (CEPAL). El movimiento Open en el contexto latinoamericano aún tiene mucho que ofrecer, por ello es importante fomentar la capacitación y la concientización del movimiento de acceso abierto.
