Abstract(s)
"Indonesian Library Association auto critics as a Profession Organization towards Regional Autonomy". This paper discuss about the role of Indonesian Library Association as a Profession Organization to support Regional Autonomy Policy. The Author suggests some suggestion for how ILA should take a place in the future, spesifically in Regional Autonomy Era, when regional/district has a more powerful than before.
Artikel ini membahas tentang otokritik IPI sebagai sebuah organisasi profesi di Indonesia, fungsi dan peranannya dalam menunjang kebijakan Otonomi Daerah. Penulis memaparkan kiprah organisasi IPI selama ini dan usulan pembenahan bagaimana organisasi IPI berkiprah di masa datang, khususnya di era otonomi daerah, dimana posisi daerah menjadi sangat kuat di banding masa sebelumnya.
