English abstract

Management of references or citations used in the research are time consuming and monotonous as well huge task while report writing. Earlier researcher are manually performed this task note down the bibliographical details of the sources he consult for the work on 5x7 inch card and arrange alphabetically while compilation of the bibliography at the end of the research writing. The styles of bibliography if, changed while publication of the article in journal by the Publisher or book publisher, it will again take time to correct the entire bibliography accordingly the style of the publishers’ desired style. The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a very important role for management of citation work. Through ICT it’s made easy and available on the tips of the finger of the researchers with help of computer, software and internet, to manage the references in various style like MLA, APA, IEEE,Chicago etc. having complex and difficult structure pattern. There are different software’s are available in both commercial (EndNote, Reference Manager) and in open source mode (JabRef, Mendeley, Zotero) for the well-organized paperwork of references
