English abstract

Within the university networks the access to scientific information, technical and cultural is essential for the development of the professional formation of the university student. These networks must promote the scene on which the activities of planning, management, promotion, investigation, education, attention, etc., progressively are founded on the updated scientific knowledge.

Spanish abstract

Dentro de las redes de información universitaria el acceso a la información científico, técnica y cultural es esencial para el desarrollo de la formación profesional del estudiante universitario. Estas redes deben promover el escenario en el cual las actividades de planificación, gestión, promoción, investigación, educación, atención, etc., sean progresivamente fundadas en el conocimiento científico actualizado.
