Instrumentos de información en Archivos de empresa : la Guía del Archivo de Sociedad Anónima Hullera Vasco-Leonesa

Abstract(s)

In 2001, the Coal Foundation Vasco-Leonesa published the "Guide to the Archive of Coal Vasco-Leonesa Ltd.", an extensive guide with more than 200 pages, as an instrument of description and diffusion of the Archive. The article summarizes the different chapters in the book, from the initial historical journey in the mining of the coal in Spain to the detailed bibliography on historical and archival aspects, passing through the central chapters of the book analyzing the history of the Archive, history and foundations of its organization, and displays the more important record series of the Archive, analyzing the history of the record types, its legal base and the changes in the depth and the form though time.

En el año 2001 la Fundación Hullera Vasco-Leonesa publicó la “Guía del Archivo de Sociedad Anónima Hullera Vasco-Leonesa”, una guía extensa con más de 200 páginas, como instrumento de descripción y difusión del Archivo. El artículo resume los distintos capítulos del libro, desde el recorrido histórico inicial por la minería del carbón en España hasta la amplia bibliografía sobre aspectos históricos y archivísticos, pasando por los capítulos centrales del libro, que analizan la historia del Archivo, la historia y fundamentos de su organización y presentan las series documentales más importantes del Archivo, analizando la historia de los tipos documentales, su base legal y los cambios en el fondo y la forma a lo largo del tiempo.
