English abstract
The author presents in this work two documentary realities whose border is the threshold of the historical archives. A defined cut exists perfectly that determines two different functions for the documentation and, as well, two different professionals, one for each one of them. Document management, with economic and administrative dimension, the document manager that does not contemplate the future of the documentation that manages beyond its immediacy effectiveness; management of "you file", with a archivist dimension that takes care of the conservation.
Spanish abstract
Nos plantea, la autora, en este trabajo dos realidades documentales cuya frontera es el umbral de los archivos históricos. Existe un corte perfectamente definido que determina dos funciones diferentes para la documentación y, a su vez, dos profesionales distintos, uno para cada una de ellas. Gestión de documentos, con dimensión económica y administrativa, con el gestor de documentos que no contempla el futuro de la documentación que gestiona más allá de su inmediatez eficacia; gestión de “archives”, con una dimensión archivística que se ocupa de la conservación.
