English abstract

An analysis, broken down by province and type of unit, of the calls received by Andalusian Cultural Department’s technical support unit for Absys was carried out from 1999 to 2001, noting their typology and duration. The use made of the technical support and maintenance unit by the institutions using Absys collective licensing was assessed.

Análisis por provincia y tipo de centro, de las llamadas recibidas por el SAT de ABSYS de la Consejería de Cultura, durante el periodo de 1999 a 2001, observando su tipología y duración. Además se evalúa el uso que los centros adscritos a la Licencia Corporativa del programa Absys han hecho del Servicio de asistencia y mantenimiento.
