Questo contributo è stato presentato in occasione dell’inaugurazione della sezione multimediale della Biblioteca civica di Codroipo (UD) - Italy, nel 2003.
Esso affronta il tema della catalogazione dei materiali multimediali e delle norme catalografiche da utilizzare in un contesto SBN.
In particolare sono attentamente analizzate le peculiarità e le problematiche dei materiali non librari nelle aree ISBD e i legami SBN.

This presentation has been introduced on 2003 on occasion of the Multimedia section inauguration in Codroipo civic Library (UD – Italy).
It speaks about the theme of multimedia materials cataloguing and related rules in a SBN context.
In detail, the non book materials Peculiarities and Problems are carefully analyzed along the ISBD areas and SBN connections.
