Desarrollar el conocimiento, la investigación y facilitar el acceso a la información son las claves para que cualquier nación ,desarrollada o no, pueda afrontar su futuro. En países como Bolivia, el apoyo a la cultura, ciencia y la tecnología es casi inexistente.

To develop the knowledge, the investigation and to facilitate the access to the information are the keys so that any nation, developed or no, can confront its future. In countries like Bolivia, the support to the culture, science and the technology is almost nonexistent.
