Abstract
[Italian abstract] Le maggiori novità sul piano tecnologico si possono riscontrare nel campo dell'editoria elettronica (e-book) e nel campo dei computer palmari, e più in generale della cosiddetta wireless connectivity. Implementazioni di nuove tecnologie che vanno ad accrescere il patrimonio di risorse informative elettroniche e di opportunità di accesso a disposizione sia del mondo accademico che di quello professionale e del business. Il convegno sembra essersi posto in prevalenza alcune questioni che sorgono dall'intreccio fra nuovi contenuti, nuove modalità di accesso e impatto di queste sull'utente finale e sulla diffusione delle conoscenze.
[English abstract] The main news at a technologic level can be found generally in the so-called wireless connectivity, and specifically in the electronic publishing (e-book) and personal digital organizer fields. New technologies implementations that increase the number of electronic informative resources and the chance of access both for academic, professional and business world. The conference seemed to ask some questions coming from the weave between new contents, new access modalities and their impact on the final user and on the knowledge diffusion.
