The Class for Literature did not endure such crucial changes, as some other scientific disciplines. The division of genres and types/forms is especially, in details, elaborated. Now, more than ever, the facet classification is present and the usage of apostrophe. In the paper are given examples from the electronic catalogue of the National Library of Serbia. The author believes that given changes will be more clear this way.
