The British Library demonstrated a global approach to New strategic directions, making a research ah help to "shape the future".

La British Library ha dimostrato un approccio globale consapevole nell'affrontare le sue New strategic directions, pubblicate nel giugno 2001. A loro riguardo ha infatti avviato, tramite Netpoll, un'indagine consultativa pubblica, richiedendo aiuto ad utenti reali e potenziali per forgiare il proprio futuro: "Help shape our future". Per trasparenza diffonde il "Report on the responses to the new strategic directions survey", che naturalmente contiene anche prese di posizione: lo si può leggere nel numero di marzo 2002 di "Managing Information".
