Expone una serie de inquietudes que surgen a raíz de la realidad actual del campo de la información. Se plantean algunos requerimientos del profesional de la información que enfrenta un camino de doble vía en donde debe aprovecharse el uso de la tecnología sin perder de vista el enfoque humanista de la atención al usuario.

The article exposes a series of restlessness that arise as a result of the present reality of the field of information. Some requirements of the professional of the information consider that faces a two-way road in where the use must take advantage of the technology and the approach humanist of the attention to the user.
