A aquellos que ya conocen Internet y la enorme cantidad de recursos que ésta ofrece, es posible que el World Wide Web les parezca una herramienta más. Sin embargo, este nuevo sistema está revolucionando el mundo de las comunicaciones a nivel mundial.

For these that already know Internet and the enormous amount of resources that offers, is possible that the World Wide Web seems one more tool. Nevertheless, this new system is revolutionizing the world of the communications at world-wide level.
