Abstract

Desde un punto de vista de la planificación y prefactibilidad, el artículo analiza y describe tres aspectos que el archivero debe considerar en una primera aproximación a la idea de un proyecto de Archivo Universitario, planteando con claridad a las autoridades universitarias antes de levantar el proyecto definitivo. Estos aspectos son: primero, el tema técnico en el contexto archivístico, proponiendo el depósito como punto de partida en el diseño y construcción del archivo; segundo, la relación que se debe propiciar entre el archivo y la organización para armonizar empleados + procedimientos de trabajo + documentación + organización, obteniendo como resultado una mejor comunicación y coordinación en la ejecución del proyecto y el desarrollo futuro del archivo; y finalmente el financiamiento, analizando las inversiones a presupuestar y los costos a cubrir en la implantación del proyecto.

From a point of view of the planning and prefeasibility, the article analyzes and describes three aspects that the archivist must consider in one first approach to the idea of a project of University Archive, raising with clarity to the university authorities before raising the definitive project. These aspects are: first, the technical subject in the archivist context, proposing the deposit as departure point in the design and construction of the archive; second, the relation that is due to cause between the archive and the organization to harmonize employees + procedures of work + documentation + organization, obtaining as a result better communication and coordination in the execution of the project and the future development of the archive; and finally the financing, analyzing the investments to budget and the costs to cover in the implantation of the project.
