Abstract

El artículo, refiere aportes conceptuales básicos, para comenzar a comprender una nueva manera de gestionar a las Bibliotecas. Mirándola desde enfoques diferentes, considerando las ventajas de valorizar sus activos intangibles, nos referimos a su capital intelectual. Propendiendo a destacar, una de las mayores fortalezas, sus recursos humanos. Los que se expresan a través de sus Comunidades de Práctica. Para gestionar por el conocimiento, consideramos integrar en la gestión, como soporte indispensable para la toma de decisiones, a herramientas nuevas en el campo de la Bibliotecología, como lo son las DSS (Decision Support Systems- DSS).

The article, refers basic conceptual contributions, to begin to include/understand a new way to manage to the Libraries. Watching it from different approaches, considering the advantages to valorize its intangible assets, we talked about its intellectual capital. Propendiendo to emphasize, one of the greater strengths, its human resources. Those that are expressed through their Communities of Practice. In order to manage by the knowledge, we considered to integrate in the management, as it has supported indispensable for the decision making, to new tools in the field of the Bibliotecología, as they are it DSS (Decision Support Systems- DSS).
