La Biblioteca de las Cortes Valencianas es una biblioteca parlamentaria, especializada en derecho público, dirigida a Diputados y Grupos parlamentarios, Servicios y funcionarios de las Cortes Valencianas y a investigadores autorizados. Es por ello que la podríamos clasificar, por el carácter sumamente especializado de sus fondos, como biblioteca especializada de acceso restringido. Orgánicamente pertenece del Servicio de Estudios, Documentación y Biblioteca, que, a su vez, depende de la Secretaría General. Y su creación se contempla en el art. 10 del Estatuto de Gobierno y Régimen Interior de las Cortes Valencianas
[English Abstract]
The Library of Valencian Cortes is a parliamentary library, specialized in public right, directed to parliamentary Groups, Services and civil employees of authorized Valencian Cortes and to investigators. It is for that reason that we could classify it, by the character extremely specialized, like specialized library of restricted access. Organic it belongs of the Service of Studies, Documentation and Library, that, as well, depends on the General Secretariat. And its creation is contemplated in art. 10 of the Statute of Government and Routine garrison duty of Valencian Cortes.
