[Chinese abstract]本文介绍了职业道德准则问题，特别是美国图书馆员的职业道德，并对建立中国的信息产业和图书情报从业人员的道德准则绘出了建议。

In the paper, the author introduces principles of professional ethic codes, especially those of librarians in U.S.A., and then proposes some main contents for professional codes of IT and library professionals in China.
