Abstract

[English Abstract]The studies of information overload began at the beginning of the twentieth century. Since the 1960s, there have been many research papers and works on negative effects appearing with information overload, which caused by information becoming banalized and noisy. For the study of information degradation, Orrin E. Klapp proposes a psychological model.[Chinese Abstract]信息过载问题研究于20世纪初。自上个世纪60年代以来，随着信息的噪音化和平庸化，相关的研究成果多了起来。奥林.克拉普(Orrin E. Klapp)深入讨论了信息过载（Overload, 或负荷过重、超荷）和由此而引起的厌烦问题。
