Abstract

[English Abstract]This article gives a summary of some themes in the 63rd IFLA General Conference from six aspects.Firstly,it introduces cultural acclimatization of information systems and application of Z39.50 protocal.In the next place,it describes electronic media and services and its statistics, and introduces challengesin the preservation of electronic information.Next,the author addresses UNESCO's telematics as an ppportunities for libraries in developing countries.Finally,it introduces MARC harmonization initiative and metadata project.
[Chinese Abstract]论文从6个方面简介了哥本哈根第63届国际图联大会的部分论题。具体包括信息系统的文化背景问题、Z39.50协议的使用、电子媒体、服务、信息时代的文献保护、联合国教科文组织的远程信息服务设想、通讯格式问题和元数据等方面。
