Abstract

[English abstract]

The status of information within our organization is under-going a profound transformation. Many of our clients see that in the future the availability of quality information will be a necessary contribution to their professional competence and to the competitiveness of the organizations that they belong to. This change in the perceptions clients have of the role of information is liable to have a profound impact on the way we render our available services.
